Finalità
The objective of the Framework Contract is to provide short-term technical assistance through single assignment contracts and to be commenced at short notice. The quality of this assistance must be guaranteed by those Framework Contractors who have the appropriate internal and external resources. Technical assistance will be provided for the exclusive benefit of those countries which receive external aid. Technical assistance may be required at any stage of the project and can cover any aspect of a determined technical area.
